3.1 Data Storage

All user data, queries, attendee entries, and related information is stored in MongoDB Atlas cloud database with encryption at rest. All images — including profile pictures, identity documents, attendee photos, and vehicle images — are stored securely on Cloudinary's cloud storage platform.

3.2 Security Measures

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we implement commercially acceptable security means, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
